Each year, the Foundation sponsors five students to attend the nationally-recognized HOBY conference. Founded in 1958, HOBY’s mission is to inspire and develop our global community of youth and volunteers to a life dedicated to leadership, service and innovation.

My years at HOBY as an ambassador and as a Junior Facilitator both inspired and empowered me to be a leader wherever life takes me. Best of all, I made lasting friendships with people who also seek to change the world! HOBY is the place to find leaders of the future.
