Liz Taylor joined the Forest City Education Foundation in December 2020 and serves as the Executive Director. Originally from Spencer, IA, she earned her B.A. in Business from Waldorf College and an MBA in Marketing from Columbia Southern University. By the end of 2023, Liz also completed an extensive six-month leadership course through the National Assocation of Education Foundations and became one of the first 100 people in the country to receive the title of "Certified Education Foundation Leader". In her free time, she loves work with the local community theatre, read mystery novels, and go on adventures with her family.
